Staff Business Analyst, Revenue Operations

We’re looking for a Business Analyst, Business Process, to join Procore’s Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll help deliver projects focused on optimizing and automating Procore processes. You’ll use your knowledge of process and strategy to solve business problems, leveraging data-driven insights to define a scalable solution. Successful candidates are passionate about creating positive customer experiences, are able to analyze problems from multiple angles, document gaps in solutions, gather business requirements and identify risks to ensure our business teams can run efficiently and with confidence. You will develop an in-depth understanding of how Procore operates and its full revenue cycle, including high-level knowledge of its main processes and how the teams use technology to run their day and act as the voice of our revenue teams to advocate and ensure new and existing processes are built to reduce friction in their day to day. You will also facilitate conversations with stakeholders at all levels around scope and business sessions to document business requirements for projects of all sizes. Expertly document and analyze current and proposed future state workflows (process mapping) to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
