Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the GTM Lead to plan and execute go-to-market strategy for new launches.
  • Turn product specs into clear user narratives, positioning, and messaging.
  • Define launch tiers (big launch vs soft launch vs experiment).

Be the voice of the user:

  • Develop deep understanding of user segments (curious users, traders, power users, whales, newcomers, etc.).
  • Translate user pain points into sharp messaging and product framing.
  • Run or leverage surveys, feedback loops, and qualitative insights.

Drive adoption & revenue:

  • Partner with the GTM Lead on adoption and growth priorities.
  • Design campaigns focused on activation, retention, and usage — not just awareness.
  • Partner with Data to track performance and iterate.
