Job Description

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead hands-on implementations of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or FSM modules. You’ll work directly with clients in the field, translating complex business needs into scalable platform solutions while applying deep industry knowledge to tailor workflows and integrations. Key responsibilities include delivering hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules, leading technical workshops and design sessions with clients, and developing and implementing workflows, forms, portals, and automation using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
