About the Role:
- Turn complex delivery needs into smart, efficient routes using technology and data.
- Balance service needs, operational impacts, and cost for assigned geographies.
What You'll Do:
- Create optimized, DOT-compliant routes and drive delivery efficiencies.
- Analyze route performance and recommend improvements.
- Mentor fellow planners and partner with the regional logistics manager.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of routing and logistics software experience.
- Strong critical thinking and root cause analysis skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite expertise.
