Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinate preparation and availability of equipment, tools, products, and spares based on job requirements and technical plans.
- Optimize asset utilization by aligning with AMO capacity, inventory availability, and supply chain capabilities.
- Support planning and execution of service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
Collaboration and Monitoring:
- Collaborate closely with AMO teams, Service Delivery Coordinators, and Material Management teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and support sourcing plans to ensure material availability.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics, and resource allocation.
Compliance and Requirements:
- Ensure compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards.
- Have experience in service delivery, operations planning, logistics, or inventory management.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
