Performance Specialist

This role is for an ambitious, results-driven professional with passion for customer success. As a Performance Specialist, you will partner with the Performance Managers to help drive monthly meetings that result in ongoing support, training, revenue growth, and retention for current dealership partners at AutoFi. Key Responsibilities: Book appointments for the Performance team through calls and emails monthly Strategize with Performance leaders to design, target, and call a plan of action Generate 50+ calls and emails daily to effectively schedule Performance and/or Training sessions for the management team Partner with Performance Directors to gain performance account management, learn best practices, and grow your career Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
