Director, Business Operations

This strategic leadership role will be responsible for shaping the strategy and planning for the organization. Your focus will be to drive market development (de novo and inorganic) strategy and project management and establish quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure short, medium and long-term goals are met. This position will also serve as an internal consultant, leading strategic cross-functional projects. The role involves strategic planning and leadership to inform and develop the company's long-term strategy and planning initiatives. The leader will define, implement, and track quarterly OKRs to achieve medium and long-term company goals and serve as an 'internal consultant' to drive process improvement and data-driven decision-making. Market strategy and expansion playbook development is key, with responsibilities including market prioritization analysis, go-to-market playbook development for new markets, and clinic expansion strategy. M&A / Acqui-hire Strategy & Due Diligence will support the identification and evaluation of inorganic growth opportunities
