Remote Operations Manager

As a Remote Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Vehicle Safety Operators during a shift, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing schedules, and monitoring performance. You will line manage a group of Vehicle Safety Operators, ensuring regular contact and performance management. This role ensures compliance with company policies, promotes a safe work environment, and monitors the quality of on-road testing. You'll address operational problems, implement solutions, and serve as the primary point of contact for the operations team. Additionally, you'll prepare reports, manage incidents, coordinate training, and continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency. 75% travel is expected in this role.
