About the Role:
- Specright's R&D Workbench for Food & Beverage targets a massive mid-market segment with over 3,500 potential customers.
- We are hiring an Account Executive to own the standalone Mid-Market motion, closing 50-plus deals per year.
What You'll Do:
- Carry the standalone F&B R&D Workbench number with a quota against closed ARR and deal count.
- Run the full sales cycle including outbound, demo, trial setup, proposal, and close.
- Build the playbook for discovery, demo flows, and objection handling to define the segment's operating system.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in velocity Mid-Market motions ($10–30K ACV, 2–3 month cycles).
- Domain experience in F&B R&D, regulatory, or adjacent vertical software.
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience building territory and running your own demos.
