Senior Recruiter

Help scale Collectors' 2026 hiring efforts as a Senior Recruiter. You will partner with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their needs and priorities in order to help significantly scale teams across both corporate and operations functions. Identify and engage passive candidates and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a wide variety of candidates, and help us hire effectively, efficiently, and inclusively. In addition to working closely with senior stakeholders from our business teams, you’ll get to closely collaborate with human resources and talent acquisition operations teams to effectively drive change and propose process improvements. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Business Talent Acquisition and is a remote position. This is a short term assignment currently estimated to be a 6 month engagement.
