What This Person Will Do & The Impact They’ll Have:
- Leading, supporting, and developing four teams.
- Strengthening morale, engagement, and accountability
- Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement across all teams
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of workflow.
- Manage supervisory-level personnel and care coordination staff.
- Interact and establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
- Registered nurse with an active license or Masters in Social Work with an active unrestricted license.
- 5 years supervisory experience required
- 3 years providing care coordination experience required
