Job Description
The Digital & AI Governance & Audit Analyst (ITSM & DR) supports the governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Backup & Restore processes. Collaborating closely with the Service Resilience & Governance Manager, IT Operations, Delivery teams, and Service Owners, this role contributes to ISO/IEC 20000 compliance and strengthens governance maturity across Convatec’s digital ecosystem.
