Engineering Manager

This position requires at least 6 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing the complete engineering and delivery lifecycle of a product, with a strong customer focus and the ability to balance product direction with engineering best practices. Experience with complex, large-scale distributed systems and operating production platforms is essential, as are excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners across various technical and business domains.
