Job Description

The AVP of West Area Sales will lead sales expansion and retention across a multi-state region.

Oversee senior sales leaders and directly manage top-performing account executives.
Set strategic direction, operating cadence, and standards to drive multi-suite adoption, predictable bookings, and on-time renewals.
Partner with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles, optimize territory plans, and advance complex deals while maintaining executive-level relationships.

Accountabilities include:

-Achieve bookings, renewals, and multi-suite expansion targets

-Remove obstacles and coordinate cross-functional support

-Inspect pipeline quality, deal health, and forecast accuracy in CRM
