Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

About the Role:

• Manage and grow ICs; own hiring, performance, and career development for your org.
• Own operational excellence: observability standards, on-call structure, incident response, SLAs/SLOs, and Production Readiness Reviews.
• Partner closely with Product Engineering, Security, and Data leaders so infrastructure and tooling decisions don't become a bottleneck.

About You:

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering management, ideally with experience managing managers or senior ICs.
• Direct experience leading infrastructure, platform, or developer-productivity teams supporting a consumer product at scale.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
