Job Description
Play a hybrid role at the intersection of sales, service, and healthcare operations. Engage directly with cold leads, patients, and providers to drive enrollment, manage referrals, and ensure a seamless customer journey from first call to delivery of care. Proactively engage potential patients through outbound calls on a dialer, answering questions, building trust, and guiding them through their insurance benefits. Understand and respond to patient needs, highlighting Better Healthβs unique value. Serve as a key point of contact for patients and providers, managing referrals and ensuring a smooth experience. Resolve issues cross-functionally and coordinate with internal teams.
