Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform delivery to enterprise and SMB customers.
Design and optimize end-to-end delivery workflows, including employer onboarding.
Build scalable, repeatable delivery infrastructure in collaboration with engineering to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B or B2B2C SaaS, preferably serving enterprise financial institutions.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling operational systems, delivery pipelines, or implementation infrastructure.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and operational metrics.
