You’ll be the face of IT, providing operational support for all users across the entire organization. You’ll also leading onboarding sessions and ensuring users are set up for success from day one. You’ll contribute to IT team growth, by ensuring IT operational processes are well documented and continuously improved. You’ll be a champion for knowledge sharing and end user training, leading to reduction in support tickets.
You’ll also be the system administrator across multiple systems to manage user, application and device life cycle. As our first IT Operations hire, this is a pivotal role in establishing operational excellence and helping scale IT at Lumos. Our technology stack includes: Lumos, Okta, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Google Workspace, JAMF, among others.
