Job Description
Looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager with Financial Services experience to work with the US Market. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing long-term relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts (including C-level executives), controlling and auditing delivery processes in implementation projects, identifying early red flags, and helping customers achieve their desired outcomes, value realization, and high ROI.
The role also involves growing the customer's portfolio through zero churn and active cross and up-sales and maintaining a higher than industry average NPS score. Candidates should have 3+ years of B2B account management or project management experience with Enterprise accounts in the US Financial Services sector. Experience with CRM, BPM, or LC/NC solutions is preferred.
