What you can expect:

  • Own the global B2B paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute a paid search roadmap aligned to MQL, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Responsible for ongoing keyword, audience, bidding, creative, and landing page optimization to maximize leads, mqls, sqls, qualified pipeline & CAC efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years of deep, hand-on experience in Paid Search / SEM
  • Demonstrated experience owning paid search as a primary B2B demand generation channel in a Sales-Led growth motion
  • Experience connecting paid search performance to broader demand generation, lifecycle, and revenue strategies.
