Supplemental & Group Growth Enablement Coordinator

As a Supplemental & Group Growth Enablement Coordinator you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of key operational and strategic initiatives across the Supplemental & Group division. Partner with business operations, product, IT, compliance, and sales support teams to ensure process readiness and change adoption. Design, maintain, and train teams on tools, resources, and documentation that support internal systems, workflows, and go-to-market strategies. Enable sustainable growth across the Supplemental & Group business by connecting strategy, marketing, and operations to achieve revenue and engagement goals. Support partner and channel enablement, ensuring TPAs, agents, and internal teams have the collateral and tools needed for effective go-to-market execution.
