Job Description
Represent and sell the luxury plumbing House of Rohl portfolio of products, building strong relationships with showroom partners, builders, architects, and the design community. Lead territory growth efforts by developing new business opportunities and exceeding sales targets, while ensuring brand excellence across customer touchpoints.
Serve as the key representative for House of Rohl and assigned product lines, managing all sales responsibilities within your designated territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with authorized showroom personnel, management, and ownership to meet and exceed sales targets, display goals, and training initiatives. Engage with the specification community—architects, designers, builders, and hospitality clients—to promote and position House of Rohl products.
Act as a solution-oriented resource for resolving territory issues in collaboration with Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales Management, and Marketing teams. Ensure House of Rohl brand standards are maintained across showroom displays and customer presentations. Make strategic business development recommendations based on market insights and competitive analysis. Consistently meet or exceed sales budget targets and annual performance goals.
