- Lead and oversee business operations across multiple departments in a fast-paced, founder-led coaching and education company.
- Manage department leaders, drive accountability, and support hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the founder, enabling them to focus on vision and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create scalable systems, processes, and workflows to support company growth from $5M to $10M+ and beyond.
- Oversee operational execution for launches, projects, and strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Implement technology, automation, AI tools, and operational efficiencies, and support EOS implementation.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven operations leadership in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment, with experience scaling businesses from $5M-$10M+.
- Strong experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, and building organizational structure.
- Excellent financial acumen, communication skills, and ability to operate independently and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
