Job Description
As a Member Engagement Representative, you'll engage with members via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions and provide excellent service and assist participants in qualifying for and selecting the right health or wellness programs. You will also resolve inquiries, disputes, and escalations with professionalism and empathy, support outbound campaigns and outreach efforts to engage potential members, and verify insurance benefits and eligibility. Finally, you will collaborate with teammates and share feedback to improve processes and the member experience while representing Solera’s mission and values in every interaction to ensure members feel supported and understood.
