Staff Product Operations Manager, Operational Excellence

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Product Operations Manager with a strong focus on Operational Excellence and Process Automation to join our growing team in Mexico City. This individual will be crucial in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Product organization by managing key operational initiatives, supporting team member development, and driving automation across all internal processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about fostering a high-performing product team through scalable solutions. Quarterback strategic forums and executive engagement across the product organization. Leverage feedback loops to align stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and continuously improve operating cadences across Product. Implement scalable systems for request intake, resourcing, approval workflows, and logistics coordination. Partner with PM, Marketing, and Enablement to streamline deliverables, content workflows, and feedback collection across teams.
