Vice President of Engagement

Fundraising & Business Development:

• Designs and executes a comprehensive fundraising strategy including major gifts, foundations, and corporate giving.
• Builds and manages relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional donors.
• Establishes systems for donor stewardship, reporting, and impact communication.

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:

• Builds long-term relationships with companies, foundations, governments, and global institutions.
• Structures partnerships that create value across student opportunities and thought leadership.
• Represents the university in key external forums and strategic alliances.

Marketing, Brand, PR & Impact:

• Develops and executes an integrated marketing and brand strategy aligned with the university’s mission.
• Oversees public relations and media engagement to ensure consistent external communications.
• Leads impact reporting and storytelling to translate outcomes into compelling narratives for stakeholders.

Alumni & Community Engagement:

• Leads the strategy for alumni engagement across the continent and globally.
• Develops programs that strengthen relationships between the university and its alumni, students, and parents.
• Creates meaningful engagement opportunities including mentorship and career support.
