Role Responsibilities:
- Act as a key legal advisor to Product, Engineering, and R&D teams, providing strategic advice from development to global launch.

Required Qualifications:
- Juris doctorate and admission to a U.S. state bar, with 4+ years of in-house product counsel experience in a SaaS/technology company.
- Expertise in data privacy laws, commercial agreements, and the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong business judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
