Job Description
Support messaging & positioning - assist in creating clear, compelling messaging that highlights the value of Luma’s products. Help update and maintain message libraries and talk tracks. Sales enablement - work with marketing and sales to help build pitch decks, one-pagers, and other materials that make it easier for customer-facing teams to talk about our products. Product launch coordination - support the planning and coordination of product and feature launches, including internal rollout materials and launch announcements. Market and competitive research - conduct research to understand our buyers, competitors, and target markets. Help maintain competitive battlecards and persona profiles. Content development - collaborate with writers, designers, and product managers to produce content such as blog posts, product overviews, presentations, and customer-facing collateral. Analyst and partner relations – manage and maintain partner and marketplace listings, and assist with building positive relationships with key analysts and industry influencers. Cross-functional collaboration - partner with teams across the company, including product, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and execution of product marketing initiatives.
