Overview:
- Coordinate, plan, document and manage highly complex, mission critical programs and projects.
- Drive large, multi-year programs with significant cross-functional impact.
- Serve as the first line of knowledge and escalation for assigned program’s health.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining scope and outcomes while remaining flexible as priorities, timelines, and requirements evolve.
- Leading large, multi-year initiatives involving multiple business functions, balancing competing priorities and dependencies.
- Actively monitoring program health across timelines, risks, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery milestones.
What you will need to be successful:
- 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience working across Operations, Product, Technology, go-to-market, and Compliance.
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-year initiatives with high organizational visibility and impact.
