Project Overview:
- You will join a talent pipeline for three distinct modernization initiatives powering a recruitment and employment technology ecosystem.
- Projects involve AI-enabled platform services with LLM integration or candidate management modernization with legacy decommissioning.
- All roles focus on scalability, reliability, and impacting millions of users across the platform.
Key Requirements:
- Possess 6+ years of Backend Engineering experience with large-scale, production-grade Java systems.
- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs in a microservices architecture.
- Have strong experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), event-streaming (Kafka), and NoSQL solutions like DynamoDB.
Collaboration & Logistics:
- Daily work requires 4–6 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) for stand-ups and synchronous discussions.
- All communication, interviews, and documentation are conducted exclusively in English.
- The role is a full-time vendor contract based in LATAM, with remote work from countries like Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, or Bolivia.
