Corporate Finance Analyst

Support company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Cost of Revenue, R&D, and G&A functions. Partner with business leaders to track spend and provide actionable insights on operational efficiency. Consolidate and validate headcount and OpEx planning inputs with department leads. Build and maintain OpEx and headcount reporting dashboards for timely, accurate visibility into spend vs. budget. Deliver monthly variance analysis reports highlighting key drivers and recommending cost-control measures. Support quarterly forecasting by consolidating inputs into updated financial models. Develop automated processes to reduce manual reporting effort Take ownership of recurring financial deliverables presented to senior finance leaders. Produce scenario analyses to evaluate trade-offs in spend allocation, hiring, or investments. Partner with cross-functional teams to track and present efficiency initiatives. Lead improvements in forecasting accuracy and reporting toolkit scalability. Provide ad hoc strategic analysis to inform long-term planning and executive decisions.
