Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years: Jira Software administration (enterprise environments – Cloud)
- 8+ years: Jira analytics & reporting (JQL-driven insights)
- 5+ years: Advanced dashboarding & metrics design in Jira
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience with: JavaScript / TypeScript (Atlassian Forge), REST APIs & integrations, Tempo (timesheets, cost, planner)
- Hands-on expertise with: ScriptRunner (Groovy + HAPI), Smart Values & Jira Expressions, eazyBI (MDX), Power BI (DAX + Jira connectors)
