Asset Resolution Specialist

The Role:

• Be the point of contact for customers who need workout assistance on their loan(s).
• Use strong negotiation and customer service skills to assist customers.
• Understand investor guidelines for mortgage modifications and explain guidelines to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of loans in default; implement loss mitigation strategies.
• Analyze work-out options based on financial impact for delinquent loans.
• Manage relationships with internal departments and with business partners.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage experience.
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Self-starter with the ability to independently work a pipeline effectively.
