Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operations through subordinate supervisors and staff.
- Ensure compliance with investor, insurer, client, and LoanCare policies.
- Develop and implement monthly collection strategy.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- 6-8 years of default experience with technical knowledge of guidelines and compliance.
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
