SPOC Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operation ensuring compliance.
• Coach and develop assigned staff.
• Coordinate work activities to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 2 years of collections, legal or bankruptcy work experience required.
