Role Description:
- Directly supervises a team of individual contributor associates.
- Performs duties related to people management (timecard approvals, performance management, etc).
- Monitors the queues and assesses for any risks, stepping in to cover any anticipated gaps or failures in workflow.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience within national escrow closing functions.
- 1+ years experience in a management role.
- Mastery of a title production system – Resware preferred.
