Responsibilities:
- Lead and support tool migrations, upgrades and updates, ensuring minimal or no downtime and data integrity during maintenance windows.
- Conduct regular health checks and maintenance tasks to keep the platform running smoothly.
- Stay current with Atlassian product updates, ecosystem changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
- 8+ years as Atlassian administrator with hands-on experience in Jira customization such as workflows, screens, fields, dashboards, and reports.
- Strong scripting skills in JQL and Groovy.
