Key Responsibilities:
- Review thousands of rows of data within Excel or Google Sheets on a line-by-line basis.
- Open, review, and interpret supporting PDF documentation including customer records and invoices.
- Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, duplicate records, and other data quality issues.
- Escalate ambiguous, unusual, or out-of-scope cases to the project lead for review.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of work completed, changes made, and outstanding items.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrable attention to detail and a methodical approach to repetitive tasks.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for sorting, filtering, and data manipulation.
- Ability to follow established processes accurately and consistently over an extended period.
- Strong written communication skills and proactive contact with the project lead in a remote environment.
- Commitment to confidential handling of customer and financial information.
- Capacity to work independently and manage personal productivity without direct supervision.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry, data clean-up, audit support, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exposure to invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or other standard financial documentation.
