Key Responsibilities:

  • Review thousands of rows of data within Excel or Google Sheets on a line-by-line basis.
  • Open, review, and interpret supporting PDF documentation including customer records and invoices.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, duplicate records, and other data quality issues.
  • Escalate ambiguous, unusual, or out-of-scope cases to the project lead for review.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of work completed, changes made, and outstanding items.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrable attention to detail and a methodical approach to repetitive tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for sorting, filtering, and data manipulation.
  • Ability to follow established processes accurately and consistently over an extended period.
  • Strong written communication skills and proactive contact with the project lead in a remote environment.
  • Commitment to confidential handling of customer and financial information.
  • Capacity to work independently and manage personal productivity without direct supervision.

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in data entry, data clean-up, audit support, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Exposure to invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, or other standard financial documentation.
