Pflichtpraktikum im Bereich Human Resources – remote möglich

During your internship, you will support our team at the Schwieberdingen and Feuerbach locations in supporting employees and managers, giving you a comprehensive insight into the daily business of the HR department. You will actively participate in administrative tasks in collaboration with our HR Service team and gain valuable insights into our HR processes. In addition, you will accompany our HR Business Partners in exciting cross-sectional topics and current projects, for example in the area of ​​personnel development, and you can contribute your own ideas. Furthermore, you will independently take on (sub-)projects and thus actively contribute to the further development of our HR work. Last but not least, you will help with the planning and implementation of employee interviews and have the opportunity to participate yourself in order to gain valuable experience in direct exchange with employees.
