Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact for potential customers with our sales team. Our SDRs are responsible for revenue growth by generating conversations, qualifying leads, creating opportunities for the Account Executives and transforming sales opportunities into ShareGate customers. You will work in collaboration with our existing Business Development & AE Team (Account Executive) to convert leads in opportunities and thus reach or exceed targets.
You will quickly own ShareGateβs value proposition, understanding the Microsoft ecosystem and the prospects needs within the IT industry. You will engage in chat, email or phone conversations with potential clients to continuously convert them in opportunities. You will convince potential clients to buy ShareGate by demonstrating how the benefits & advantages of our platform can meet their needs. You will constantly improve our sales process in order to increase the number of sales conversations, sales opportunities and thus exceed the established objectives.
