Job Description
Lead and inspire Nerdyβs Consumer Sales team to meet and exceed performance targets across B2C learning membership products. Hire, develop, and retain top-performing Sales Managers and frontline reps, fostering a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and accountability. Monitor key sales KPIs (conversion rates, AHT, talk time, close rates, team productivity) and implement operational improvements in partnership with BI, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Partner with Workforce and BI teams to optimize staffing, coverage, and compliance with sales scripts and service standards. Pilot new tools, talk tracks, and AI-enabled coaching workflows to drive rep efficiency and win rates.
