Senior Deal Desk Programs Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Deal Desk Program Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Third-Party Finance Program, supporting Deal Desk operational initiatives, and driving projects that impact our core business systems. You will contribute to optimizing our deal processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting our continued growth. You will manage and maintain relationships with third-party financing partners, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and issues, and supporting program optimization and compliance. Support Deal Desk operational initiatives, focusing on process improvement, policy development, and internal enablement. This includes assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Deal Desk policies, procedures, and workflows. Assist in driving projects related to Deal Desk systems and tools, including implementation, configuration, and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal) to identify areas for operational improvement and support the implementation of solutions. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
