Customer Marketing Manager

The Role:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and strategy teams to plan and execute customer advocacy programs.
• Support key strategic accounts by planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Produce a portfolio of assets and deliverables appropriate to marketing plan requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, manage, and develop customer reference and advocacy campaigns with enterprise and emerging companies.
• Leverage a broad mix of marketing programs to maximize awareness and adoption of Veeva solutions.
• Orchestrate regular check-ins for strategic customers to ensure account goals remain on track.

Requirements:

• Strong marketing experience in enterprise software with exceptional project management skills.
• Experience developing advocacy marketing materials across multiple channels like case studies, press releases, and events.
• Ability to define and execute integrated marketing programs on time and within budget.
