About the Role:
- Own and run care operations in a BPO environment.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality member experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and workforce staffing.
- Own technology stack and drive quality and learning programs.
What We Look For:
- 5+ years contact center ops, 2+ years BPO management.
- Experience with Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and QA programs.
