Strategic Planning & IT Roadmap Management:
- Partner with the CIO and technology leadership to develop, maintain, and communicate the enterprise IT Roadmap.
- Facilitate strategic planning processes that align technology investments with organizational priorities.
- Track roadmap progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones across technology initiatives.
Business Analysis & Project Intake:
- Manage the technology project and demand intake process.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and operational needs.
- Gather, analyze, document, and refine business, functional, and technical requirements.
Change Management, Adoption & Communication:
- Develop and execute change management plans for technology initiatives.
- Create communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies that support successful implementation.
- Coordinate end-user training, knowledge transfer, and awareness activities.
