Chief of Staff, IT Business Systems & Digital Employee Experience

Strategic Enablement & Organizational Leadership:

• Partner with both VPs to develop, refine, and communicate IT strategic priorities across their organizations and to shared stakeholders.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, plans, and organizational commitments, identifying alignment and synergy opportunities.
• Represent VP leadership interests in cross-functional forums and steward the IT organizational narrative.

Operational Execution & Cadence:

• Own the operating cadence including leadership rhythms, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
• Drive accountability for key commitments and proactively resolve operational blockers.
• Maintain visibility into initiative portfolios, surfacing risks and dependencies for leadership.

Decision Support & Executive Communications:

• Synthesize complex information to inform leadership decisions and recommendations.
• Lead development of executive presentations and strategic briefings.
• Translate technical content into clear narratives and prepare leaders for high-stakes meetings.

Financial & Resource Planning:

• Partner with Finance for budget planning and expense management across both IT organizations.
• Maintain visibility into headcount and resource allocation, supporting informed prioritization decisions.
• Track and flag material variances in budget or resource plans with recommended actions.

Performance Visibility & Insights:

• Oversee tracking and reporting of KPIs across both portfolios.
• Ensure timely, accurate visibility into organizational performance via dashboards.
• Identify trends and risks, driving consistent reporting practices.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment:

• Serve as primary coordination point bridging IT domains and business partners.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Facilitate alignment across shared priorities and technology roadmaps.

Organizational Health & Culture:

• Contribute to a healthy, high-performing culture by modeling clarity and inclusion.
• Support communication efforts and identify organizational gaps or dynamics.
• Champion continuous improvement across IT ways of working.

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives:

• Lead or co-lead high-priority special projects on behalf of either VP.
• Support transformation initiatives through research, analysis, and coordination.
• Take end-to-end ownership of defined strategic workstreams.
