Chief of Staff, Security Customer Engineering

About the Role:

• You will sit in the office of the Managing Director of Global Security Customer Engineering, supporting the leadership team in shaping and driving initiatives aligned to key business outcomes.
• This high-visibility, collaborative role involves partnering across functions to develop and cascade high-impact programs that advance executive priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate executive cadences, including leadership staff calls and operating cadences, in alignment with the rhythm of business activities.
• Lead internal and external communications plans, recognition programs, and develop briefing docs for meetings.
• Own key programs sponsored by executive leadership, scoping and executing strategic projects to deliver business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in program or project management with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity, translating problems into actionable workstreams.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
