What You'll Do:
- Lead and execute complex, multi-solution engagements, transitioning customers from single-project implementations to global programmatic rollouts.
- Establish and govern value-centric programmatic frameworks (e.g., Centers of Excellence) to ensure consistency, scalability, and predictable outcomes.
- Drive long-term Program Charters and strategic account roadmaps aligned with client executive goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years in SaaS Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Program Management with client-facing experience.
- 4+ years in construction industry or adjacent field preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to build executive-level value realization reporting.
Additional Details:
- Travel domestically 1–2 times per month, potential for international travel.
- Base pay range $154,224 – $212,058 USD annual plus eligibility for equity and bonus.
