Job Description
VTekis Consulting LLC, we are looking for a Salesforce BA resource who has experience working on Public sector /Federal clients. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment. The candidate will need a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud. Proven ability to create user stories, business process flows, wireframes, and detailed documentation is required. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration , including reports, dashboards, and custom objects is also required. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills required. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
