Legal Operations Manager

About the Opportunity:

• Oversee the operational infrastructure of the Legal Department.
• Responsible for corporate governance administration.
• Ownership of the department’s budgeting and financial management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate governance processes for U.S. and international entities.
• Serve as primary administrator for all equity compensation programs.
• Own and manage the legal eBilling system and matter management platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, corporate governance, and/or law firm management.
• Direct experience with equity administration and cap table management required.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets.
